Senior Corporate Auditor II

About the role

3M’s Corporate Audit department provides independent, objective assurance and consulting activities to add value and improve operations. As a Senior Corporate Auditor II you will join the Asia Pacific Audit team to perform financial and operational audits, ensuring accuracy of financial statements and effectiveness of internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or work with audit teams to conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits.
• Review and evaluate internal controls, regulatory compliance, and corporate policies.
• Identify audit issues, root causes and recommend practical improvements.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to business management.
• Ensure remediation plans are developed, sustainable and implemented on time.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Business or equivalent; professional certification (CA) preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant audit/internal controls experience, preferably with corporate or Big‑4 exposure.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable liaising with senior management and collaborating across functions.
• Willingness to travel within or outside India as needed.
