Senior Coordinator - Strategic Clients

About the role

Clifford Chance is seeking a Senior Coordinator to support the Global Strategic Clients team in Delhi. The role focuses on account management, client development and operational support for strategic accounts across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain relationship infrastructure, including client team composition, distribution lists and intranet sites.
• Coordinate internal client team meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow‑up on actions.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analysis team to provide client financial reporting and fee‑arrangement data.
• Compile information for client Value Added Reports and other relationship reporting.
• Support Strategic Account Managers with client planning, feedback collection and preparation of relationship materials.

Required profile

• Experience in an administrative or client‑development role within professional services.
• Strong project‑management, analytical and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
