Senior Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Community Manager to lead the design and growth of a multi‑layered ecosystem of contributors, enterprise clients, partners, and users. Based in India, you will operate at a strategic level, shaping how stakeholders interact and creating lasting value across a global network.

Key responsibilities

• Define and design the overall ecosystem structure, outlining interaction models for users, contributors, clients, and partners.
• Develop and maintain multi‑stakeholder relationship strategies that build trust and engagement.
• Identify ecosystem risks, sentiment shifts, and trust gaps early, and implement structured communication plans.
• Build and refine feedback loops between the community and product teams, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Create rituals, recognition systems, and narrative frameworks that reinforce identity and belonging.
• Support strategic expansion by evaluating new segments and markets through a community lens.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to improve ecosystem resilience, reduce fragmentation, and increase long‑term stakeholder retention.

Required profile

• 6‑10+ years of experience in community management, ecosystem leadership, or network‑based roles.
• Proven experience with multi‑sided platforms such as marketplaces, SaaS ecosystems, or distributed networks.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholder groups, including enterprise and grassroots communities.
• Strategic mindset with deep understanding of network effects and ecosystem dynamics.
• Analytical comfort with engagement, retention, and ecosystem health metrics.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both executive and community audiences.
• Experience translating community insights into strategic or product decisions.
• High emotional intelligence combined with a structured, systems‑oriented approach.
