About the role
NSC Global is seeking a Senior Buyer to join its Procurement team in Navi Mumbai. The role focuses on sourcing IT hardware and related services for a global network of enterprise customers, working closely with sales, presales and delivery teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end RFI/RFP process for IT and indirect spend, from requirement gathering to contract signature.
- Negotiate and implement standard contract templates, achieving measurable savings through quote negotiations.
- Supervise a team of experienced purchasers and conduct quarterly contract‑vendor‑management reviews.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, key suppliers and internal stakeholders across APAC, Europe and the US.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of sourcing experience in the IT hardware sector.
- At least 2 years of team supervision experience.
- Proven track record of commercial and contract negotiation delivering cost savings.
- Experience managing complex multi‑vendor projects from initiation to delivery.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
