Senior Butler – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Senior Butler leads the Butler program at St. Regis, delivering the brand’s signature high‑touch, personalized service to guests throughout their stay. This on‑site role ensures seamless pre‑arrival, stay, and departure experiences while upholding St. Regis standards of modern luxury.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of Butler services, ensuring consistency with St. Regis brand standards.
• Supervise a team of Butlers and Butler Valets, coordinating daily activities and guest interactions.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to guarantee a smooth guest journey.
• Manage people‑related tasks such as interviewing, hiring, and creating work schedules.
• Maintain a safe workplace, adhere to company policies, and uphold professional appearance and communication standards.
• Perform physical duties, including standing, walking, and handling objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related hospitality experience.
• Strong passion for service, impeccable interpersonal skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform light‑weight manual tasks.
