Senior Associate – SAP Employee Central Time Tracking (Advisory)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Advisory practice in Bengaluru, focusing on SAP Employee Central time‑tracking solutions. You will work with clients to analyse requirements, design and configure Employee Central modules, and support seamless multi‑country roll‑outs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Employee Central implementation projects for large, multi‑country clients.
• Configure core Employee Central functionalities including Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Life‑Cycle Events, Time Off and Benefits.
• Create and manage absence time types and time account types, and enable assignment of time‑off master data to employees.
• Provide training, documentation and post‑go‑live support to ensure effective utilisation of the solution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate SAP SuccessFactors with other enterprise applications.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Employee Central tracks in large, multi‑country implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules related to time‑tracking and benefits.
• Ability to work independently and guide junior team members.
• Excellent communication skills and client‑facing experience.
