About the role
Cystence Private Limited is seeking a friendly and organized Customer Support Agent to join its Hyderabad office. You will help clients use the company’s ERP, accounting, inventory, and business‑management software, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with day‑to‑day software usage and general inquiries.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for Cystence ERP and related business‑management tools.
- Guide users through software features, processes, and onboarding.
- Document customer interactions and coordinate with technical and product teams to report issues.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of computers, software, and common business applications.
- Organized, time‑management oriented and eager to learn.
- Preferably holds a background in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field.
Required skills
- Familiarity with ERP, accounting, inventory or business‑management software.
- Basic troubleshooting and software usage support.
