Senior Associate – Microsoft Dynamics CRM

About the role

Join PwC's Microsoft Dynamics team in Hyderabad as a Senior Associate. You will help clients transform their technology landscape across front‑, back‑ and mid‑office functions using Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform and Power BI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional and technical activities for CRM projects, focusing on Sales and Service modules.
• Design, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 solutions using JavaScript, C#/.NET, and Power Apps.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs with external systems, with or without middleware.
• Manage data migration, server administration, and deployment of MSCRM applications.
• Collaborate in Scrum teams, conduct testing, and support QA activities as needed.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience, including at least 2 years with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Strong functional background in CRM (Sales domain) and ability to manage Business System Analysis (BSA) independently.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.
