Senior Associate Gen AI Developer – Emerging Business Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to design, develop, and deploy enterprise‑grade Generative AI solutions for its Emerging Business Advisory practice in Bengaluru. You will work with cutting‑edge AI models and cloud platforms to create innovative products that address complex client challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch Generative AI applications, APIs, and microservices for enterprise use.
• Optimize Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and advanced search architectures to ground large language models on proprietary data.
• Build multi‑agent systems and autonomous workflows that automate multi‑step business processes.
• Integrate commercial and foundational AI models via Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI/Model Garden.
• Implement responsible AI guardrails, including safety guidelines, content moderation, data privacy, and bias mitigation.
• Establish evaluation frameworks to monitor model performance, latency, cost, and drift.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in AI/ML development and cloud‑based deployments.
• Strong understanding of large language models, RAG techniques, and multi‑agent orchestration.
• Proven ability to deliver production‑ready AI solutions in a consulting environment.
