Senior Associate – Credit Risk Analyst (FST‑Captives, Advisory)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate Credit Risk Analyst to join its Advisory practice in Pune. You will play a key role in evaluating client risk, supporting underwriting decisions, and strengthening the firm’s risk‑management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead due‑diligence reviews for Wealth Management clients and broker‑dealers.
• Assess financing and Prime Brokerage risks across portfolios.
• Perform portfolio analysis and stress‑testing to identify risk exposures.
• Collaborate with Quantitative and Engineering teams to modernise risk frameworks and models.
• Support underwriting decisions by providing rigorous credit risk assessments.
• Contribute to the development of risk‑technology solutions, including AI‑enabled tools.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Experience in credit risk analysis, underwriting support, or related financial services.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings clearly.
• Interest in leveraging technology to enhance risk management processes.
