Senior Architect – Lead Design for Large-Scale Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead the conceptual and schematic design of large‑scale, complex projects. You will work within Surbana Jurong’s collaborative environment, shaping innovative solutions for mixed‑use, institutional, commercial, hospitality, urban design, and infrastructure developments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design process and develop design strategies for large‑scale projects.
• Prepare and oversee schematic design packages.
• Present design concepts to clients and key stakeholders.
• Guide internal design teams and ensure overall design quality.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants.
• Ensure designs align with client requirements, design intent, and statutory norms.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in a leading architectural design firm.
• B.Arch or M.Arch qualification.
• Proven ability to independently lead projects from concept through detailed design.
• Strong design sensibility with innovative and practical problem‑solving skills.
• Experience managing client interactions, presentations, and multidisciplinary coordination.
