Senior Architect – Interior Design

About the role

AECOM is seeking a Senior Architect – Interior Design to lead interior architecture projects, focusing on transport and workplace interiors, based in Bengaluru. The role involves delivering high‑quality designs while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve conceptual designs and drawings as required.
• Independently execute complex technical assignments within approved schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate technical and administrative activities with cross‑functional teams and departments.
• Assist in developing new architectural methods and techniques and train design/drafting personnel.
• Maintain liaison with design and drafting groups to ensure project cohesion and efficiency.

Required profile

• 6‑9 years of experience in Interior Architecture.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and willingness to learn new software and methods.
• Experience in transport architecture and workplace interiors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Proven ability to deliver projects under tight timelines and manage teams.
• Middle East/US/UK experience desirable but not essential.
