Senior Analyst - AML/KYC (Delhi NCR)

About the role

AML RightSource is a technology-enabled managed services firm that helps banks, FinTechs and other financial institutions fight financial crime. As a Senior Analyst in the Delhi NCR area, you work with clients to detect and investigate unusual financial activity, keeping them compliant with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves quality control of Associate Analysts' work, detailed monitoring of account activity, KYC reviews and written reports on suspicious activity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify data anomalies and red flags for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud and sanctions violations, and escalate cases for second-level review.
• Verify client identities and the purpose of their relationship with the financial institution for KYC procedures, escalating where appropriate.
• Perform quality control work as needed and, occasionally, supervise others.
• Assist with advanced tasks such as communicating with clients, analysing production data and creating client-specific aids and training materials.
• Help analysts with workflow and administrative tasks.
• Submit written work products for review by AML RightSource and client-led quality control teams, adjust them as requested and apply the feedback.
• Meet deadlines and follow procedures, and comply with federal and state laws, regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 1 to 7 years of relevant AML/BSA/KYC/TM/Crypto/CDD/EDD experience.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred: professional certification, strong knowledge of banking regulations, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Required skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to write clear narrative summaries of recommendations and conclusions.
• Analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with quick learning of new tools.

The work shifts are rotational, with cab facilities on both sides.
