Finance Manager

About the role

AML RightSource is a firm focused on anti-money laundering, bank secrecy act and financial crimes compliance solutions, with over 6,000 analysts and subject matter experts. It is looking for a finance professional to join its finance team as Manager, based in the Noida office with all days spent in the office. The role covers finance operations, compliance and reporting, and suits someone with a global mindset and strong business acumen.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and maintain vouchers, receipts, bills and payments in line with Indian regulations
• Coordinate monthly GST and TDS filings and returns, ensuring they are filed on time and accurately
• Handle inter-company accounting and billing with proper transfer pricing documentation
• Analyse and perform month-end close, including cost allocations between locations
• Finalise accounts, statement of accounts, balance sheet, trial balance and scrutinise ledgers and fixed assets records
• Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation, and coordinate with internal and external auditors and Big Four consultants
• Work with business, HR, admin and IT to align financial processes and results

Required profile

• CA/CWA qualification with a commerce degree
• 5 to 8 years of professional experience, preferably in a similar role within the service industry
• Experience coordinating with internal and external auditors and consultants, including Big Four firms
• Ability to foresee risks and work proactively
• Comfortable in a global team setup and willing to work beyond standard hours during key reporting cycles

Required skills

• Good understanding of finance operations, Indian compliance and accounts payable and reporting
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, with data analysis capability
• Knowledge of IGAAP and US GAAP
• Excellent communication, coordination and presentation skills
