Senior AI Leader – Enterprise Digital & AI Strategy

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Leader to define and execute Bosch’s enterprise AI strategy. The role will drive AI‑driven business transformation across engineering, manufacturing, mobility and corporate functions, positioning Bosch as a global AI leader.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the enterprise AI vision, roadmap and governance.
• Lead large‑scale AI transformation programs across multiple business domains.
• Build, mentor and inspire high‑performing AI, Data Science, ML Engineering and MLOps teams.
• Drive adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI platforms and intelligent automation.
• Partner with business and engineering leaders to identify high‑value AI opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Develop scalable AI platforms and reusable capabilities to accelerate innovation.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, technology partners and hyperscalers to foster strategic partnerships.
• Provide executive‑level communication, governance and reporting to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, Software Engineering or Digital Transformation.
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience managing global engineering or AI organisations.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise‑scale AI transformation with measurable business impact.
• Strong strategic thinking, organizational leadership and executive communication skills.
