About the role
We are seeking a professional to deploy, configure and operate our Virtual Workplace Platform infrastructure, ensuring high availability and service quality for the business.
Key responsibilities
- Deploy, configure and operate the Virtual Workplace Platform infrastructure.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing continuous improvement based on industry best practices.
- Operate the platform following ITIL processes.
- Establish service‑level targets and monitor delivery against those targets.
- Ensure platform availability meets current and future business needs.
Required profile
- BE or equivalent engineering degree.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Citrix platform management.
Required skills
- Citrix virtual workplace environment.
- App/Desktop/Server virtualization solutions such as Horizon and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
- Knowledge of ITIL service management processes.
