Senior Account Manager - Hospitality Solutions

About the role

Aven Hospitality, a technology company behind the SynXis platform for hotels and hotel chains, is hiring a Senior Account Manager for its Hospitality Solutions team in India. The team helps hotels unlock new revenue streams, improve operational efficiency and enhance the guest experience through technology and trusted partnerships. The role manages a portfolio of hotel clients and leads strategic account initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor for clients using the SynXis platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key hotel accounts across India, ensuring high customer satisfaction and strong retention.
• Lead commercial discussions, including renewals and upsell opportunities aligned with client goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive product adoption and operational excellence.
• Track account performance, identify growth opportunities and proactively manage risks.
• Stay ahead of market and competitor trends to inform account strategies and recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, sales or strategic partnerships in hospitality, SaaS or travel technology in India or South Asia.
• Proven success in building and expanding long-term client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with a client-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders across functions and regions.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of hotel distribution platforms, CRS or digital transformation in hospitality.
• Relationship management and commercial acumen.
