Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

About the role

Swades AI is seeking a full‑time remote Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to boost the visibility of our AI‑focused digital properties. You will work closely with content creators and developers to implement SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and develop on‑page SEO recommendations.
• Perform comprehensive SEO audits and identify technical improvements.
• Design and execute link‑building campaigns.
• Analyze web data and performance metrics to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience managing outbound or growth campaigns for B2B SaaS.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn outreach tools such as HeyReach or Expandi.
• Familiarity with intent‑data signals (job‑board activity, funding triggers, tech‑stack changes).
• Experience coordinating offshore contractors via WhatsApp, Slack or Loom.
• Daily use of AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) within the last 90 days.
• Working knowledge of Git and GitHub workflows.
• Ability to build end‑to‑end cold email sequences using platforms like GoHighLevel, Smartlead, Instantly or lemlist.
