Search Engine Optimization Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Search Engine Optimization Executive to join our team in Kaithal. The role focuses on improving organic visibility, driving qualified traffic and increasing conversions for our digital properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies covering on‑page, off‑page and technical aspects.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and content gap studies to guide optimization efforts.
• Perform technical site audits, monitor Core Web Vitals, manage schema markup and ensure proper indexing and crawl efficiency.
• Build high‑quality backlinks through outreach and link‑building campaigns.
• Track performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics and SEO tools, providing regular reports and insights.
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or e‑commerce environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with content, development and marketing teams.
