Search Engine Optimization Executive

About the role

We are seeking an SEO Executive to own organic search growth for our wellness and fitness brand. The role combines technical SEO, content optimisation and data‑driven analysis to boost visibility across EZ Wellness digital properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies, conduct keyword, competitor and search‑intent research, and monitor rankings and traffic.
• Perform on‑page optimisation of titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links and content across product, category, blog and landing pages.
• Run regular technical SEO audits, resolve crawling, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema and duplicate‑content issues, and work with developers to implement fixes.
• Design and manage ethical link‑building campaigns, monitor backlink profiles and protect domain authority.
• Collaborate with content writers to create SEO‑focused briefs, optimise existing assets and build topical authority clusters.
• Track performance using Google Search Console and GA4, generate monthly reports and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in e‑commerce, D2C, fitness or wellness.
• Strong understanding of on‑page, technical, off‑page and content SEO.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and website structure.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities and clear written communication.
