Search Engine Optimization Executive

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven SEO Executive to own organic growth initiatives in a fast‑paced, AI‑first environment. You will collaborate across content, design, development and product teams to ensure SEO is embedded in every digital touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and continuously optimise SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and content‑gap studies.
• Manage on‑page SEO, including metadata, internal linking, schema basics and content optimisation.
• Lead technical SEO tasks such as site audits, page‑speed improvements, mobile usability, crawlability and indexing.
• Oversee off‑page initiatives, including backlink audits and ethical link‑building.
• Track performance with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog and produce regular reports and dashboards.
• Support website launches, migrations and redesigns from an SEO perspective.
• Stay current with algorithm updates, AI search trends and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on SEO experience covering on‑page, off‑page and technical aspects.
• Proven ability to coordinate SEO tasks across multiple teams or projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
