Content Operations Specialist – Contract

About the role

Armstrong Fluid Technology is seeking a Content Operations Specialist to join its Marketing team on a full‑time contract basis. The role’s first major assignment is a large‑scale audit and refresh of packaging, labels and branding assets across many products, followed by ongoing maintenance of corporate documents and marketing materials to ensure consistency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the audit and update of packaging, labels and branding materials, verifying specifications, regulatory text and design consistency.
• Review existing Illustrator and InDesign templates to flag outdated branding, layouts or specs and maintain a master template library.
• Conduct regular audits of corporate documents and marketing collateral to identify and correct outdated or inaccurate content.
• Update and create corporate documents and marketing assets, using AI tools where appropriate while ensuring accuracy.
• Collaborate with regional and product teams to validate content and design before publishing or printing.
• Maintain an inventory tracking audit status, template versions and outstanding updates.
• Make occasional updates to the corporate website and edit simple social‑media marketing videos.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail when handling large volumes of design files.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
