Scrum Master – Agile & SAFe Methodology (Remote)

About the role

You will enable Agile delivery teams to work predictably, collaboratively and with a clear focus on value. As an experienced Scrum Master, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove delivery impediments and support continuous improvement in a SAFe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
• Coach delivery teams on Scrum, Agile principles and SAFe practices to improve predictability and maturity.
• Support Programme Increment planning, managing dependencies, risks and alignment to programme objectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy, prioritised backlogs and clear user stories.
• Identify, track and remove impediments affecting team performance or delivery timelines.
• Monitor and communicate delivery health, including sprint progress, velocity, capacity, risks and metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement through actionable retrospectives and measurable process enhancements.
• Maintain Agile delivery artefacts in Azure DevOps, including boards, dashboards, reports and work‑item tracking.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or related Agile delivery role.
• Strong experience applying Scrum and Agile delivery practices within software or technology teams.
• Hands‑on experience working in a SAFe environment, including Programme Increment planning and cross‑team dependency management.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, resolve impediments and guide teams through change.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience partnering with Product Owners and technical teams to improve backlog readiness and sprint execution.
• Optional: Scrum Master or SAFe certifications (e.g., PSM, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist).
