Solution Architect – Digital & Tech (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Solution Architect to join Nestlé Nespresso’s Digital & Tech team in Bangalore. In this position you will design end‑to‑end solution architectures, guide implementation across global applications, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver architectural designs and contribute to the technology roadmap, translating business needs into comprehensive technical solutions.
• Evaluate and select software products and services, designing both standard and custom configurations.
• Define integration strategies and implement cross‑application solutions.
• Guide technical implementation across product groups, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
• Assess organizational and financial impacts of solution alternatives and monitor the current‑state portfolio for gaps.
• Oversee governance activities to maintain security, assurance and compliance of product architectures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical architecture, application development, middleware, or related IT disciplines.
• Proven ability to translate future‑state business capabilities into solution requirements.
• Strong understanding of application development methodologies and infrastructure/network architecture.
• Experience estimating financial impact of architectural alternatives.
