SAP Field Service & Asset Management Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an SAP FSA (Field Service and Asset Management) Consultant to configure, extend and integrate SAP Field Service and Asset Management solutions across multiple business units. The role involves end‑to‑end service execution setup, master data management and integration with S/4HANA and cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Configure the full service lifecycle (service call, activity, assignment, work order) and define status schemas and dispatching rules.
• Maintain master data such as business partners, equipment, functional locations, service contracts, skills and territories.
• Set up planning boards, technician utilization logic, automated scheduling and custom filters for dispatch.
• Develop dynamic Smartform checklists with conditional logic and generate PDF reports.
• Design technician mobile UI, screen layouts, user‑defined fields, role‑based permissions and offline synchronization.
• Configure time, material, mileage and expense capture for downstream billing.
• Manage data replication between SAP FSA and S/4HANA via the Proaxia connector and troubleshoot replication failures.
• Design and maintain CPI iFlows, Groovy scripts and adapters to connect SAP Service Cloud (C4C) with FSA.
• Write FSA Business Rules, build custom extensions using Shell SDK/BTP and consume Data/Query APIs.
• Handle data migration with Data Loader/APIs and create operational reports and dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on SAP FSA implementation and support covering at least two full project lifecycles.

Required skills

• SAP Field Service Management and Asset Management configuration.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA integration (Proaxia connector) and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
• Experience with FSA Mobile app, offline scenarios and Smartforms.
• Knowledge of FSA Data API, Query API, OAuth2 authentication and DTO/object model.
• Groovy scripting and iFlow design for SAP Integration Suite.
• Ability to write Business Rules and develop custom extensions using Shell SDK/BTP.
• Data migration using Data Loader/APIs and reporting/dashboard creation.
