Salesperson – Construction & Infrastructure Solutions

About the role

Build Tech Corporation is seeking a full‑time Salesperson to work on‑site in Ahmedabad. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads and building strong relationships with clients in the construction and infrastructure market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings, site visits and product presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up to close deals.
• Coordinate with project, operations and finance teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery.
• Maintain sales records, track performance against targets and report market feedback to management.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials or infrastructure.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand project requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in English and local languages used in Ahmedabad.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits and site meetings.
