Salesforce Consultant – Remote (US Shift)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to lead and optimise our enterprise Salesforce platform across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and AI‑enabled automation initiatives. This remote position works on a US shift (6:30 pm – 3:30 am IST) and supports a global, cross‑functional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the Salesforce CRM ecosystem for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Analytics teams.
• Define the CRM roadmap, platform strategy and priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Lead administration, automation, integrations and performance optimisation of Salesforce.
• Drive data governance, quality standards and validation processes.
• Collaborate with Data and Technology teams on enterprise integrations and AI initiatives such as Einstein.
• Improve workflows, reporting, dashboards and campaign execution.
• Enable AI‑driven insights, forecasting, personalisation and automation.
• Facilitate user adoption through training, enablement and change management.
• Manage releases, enhancements and vendor relationships.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience in senior admin, CRM manager or product owner roles.
• Proven track record delivering AI‑enabled CRM capabilities (Einstein, predictive analytics, automation).
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.
