Salesforce Administrator – Full‑time (Bangalore)

About the role

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our Bangalore office and help the company leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce CRM. You will work closely with a small IT team and business users to configure, maintain and optimise the platform for sales, service and reporting needs.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets and security settings.
• Design and implement validation rules, workflows, process builder flows and approval processes for automated lead routing and other business logic.
• Configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features, including Omni‑Channel, Live Agent and Knowledge Articles.
• Develop custom objects, fields, apps and sharing rules to meet functional requirements.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key sales and service metrics.
• Perform data loading, cleansing and validation using Data Loader, Import Wizard and Dataloader.io.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to end‑users, gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage sandbox environments and coordinate releases and integrations with third‑party applications.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus.
