About the role
The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by proactively identifying and managing sales opportunities for the hotel. This full‑time position focuses on building long‑term, value‑based relationships with customers and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment events, FAM trips, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with off‑property sales channels to coordinate efforts and avoid duplication.
- Participate in sales calls, generate proposals, draft contracts, and handle customer correspondence.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and economic factors to identify new business opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey to increase loyalty and account share.
Required profile
- 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field with 3 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience.
