About the role
Amazon Business is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join its Customer Acquisition & Engagement team in Bangalore. You will work with small‑ and medium‑size business accounts, helping them discover and adopt Amazon Business solutions for their purchasing needs.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with assigned SMB leads and accounts (annual revenue INR 100 cr+).
- Understand customers' buying requirements and promote relevant Amazon Business features.
- Onboard leads generated by Marketing and guide them through the buying decision process.
- Support customers in bulk purchasing and adoption of high‑value assets (HVAs).
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Detail‑oriented, hands‑on, and highly motivated.
