About the role
Swiggy Dineout is looking for an energetic Account Manager to drive restaurant partnerships in Bangalore. You will be the primary point of contact for restaurant owners, helping them maximise revenue through our dining‑out platform.
Key responsibilities
- Sign contracts with new restaurant partners and manage inquiries from existing clients.
- Generate and pursue sales leads, actively approaching restaurants for conversion.
- Maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, advising on market‑related issues such as discount structures, menu presentation, and cancellation policies.
- Grow Swiggy Dineout revenue through upselling, cross‑selling, advertising investments and other applicable channels.
- Complete sales reporting activities, including competition intelligence, partner visit tracking and city‑specific trend analysis.
- Represent Swiggy Dineout on the field as the first point of contact for potential clients.
- Relocate and set base in the assigned city as required.
Required profile
- Good understanding of e‑commerce and the food‑delivery ecosystem.
- Confident, proactive and go‑getter attitude.
- Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
