Retail Trainer – Hybrid (Office + Field)

About the role

Vivo is seeking a dynamic Retail Trainer to strengthen its retail network in Dhanbad, Jharkhand. You will be responsible for equipping retail promoters with deep product knowledge and effective sales techniques, supporting the launch of new smartphones and driving market growth across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, virtual, and on‑the‑job training on Vivo smartphones, FunTouch OS, and latest product innovations.
• Coach retail teams on sales tactics, customer engagement, and product demonstrations.
• Monitor and evaluate product knowledge and sales performance, providing feedback to stakeholders.
• Gather competitor insights and market intelligence for continuous improvement.
• Visit retail stores and distribution points regularly to ensure training effectiveness.
• Support new product launches, retail activations, and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare training reports and maintain accurate training records.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in Telecom, Retail, Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or Sales Training.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and sales processes.
• Passion for smartphone technology, photography, and videography.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
