About the role

Apple Retail is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in delivering the iconic Apple customer experience. You will be responsible for driving performance, coaching staff, and ensuring that every visitor receives exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to meet performance and developmental goals.
• Participate actively on the floor, modeling best practices and engaging with customers and team members.
• Address customer and employee concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to achieve store performance targets.
• Uphold Apple policies, protect company assets, and maintain confidentiality.
• Support recruiting, training, and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Availability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales, or a related field.
