Retail Channel Finance Manager

About the role

Exponent Energy, a co-founder of Exponent Energy, is hiring a Retail Channel Finance Manager in Delhi. The role drives financing penetration for Exponent-powered L5 vehicles by building and managing a network of banks, NBFCs, DSAs and local financiers across Delhi-NCR, working closely with dealerships, OEM partners and Exponent sales teams to improve retail conversion and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, DSAs and local financiers, onboard new partners and expand market coverage.
• Drive financer-wise retail performance and funding efficiency, and run business reviews to improve approvals, turnaround time and service quality.
• Manage finance cases from application to disbursement, ensuring timely approvals and resolving documentation or funding issues.
• Monitor finance penetration, approval rates, conversion and turnaround time, and implement process improvements.
• Train dealership and sales teams on financing programs and eligibility, guide them in choosing suitable financing solutions, and support field teams with escalations.
• Track financer performance, approval trends and rejection analysis, coordinate with financiers, dealerships, OEMs and Exponent teams, and communicate policy updates and financing schemes.

Required profile

• 5-10 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of retail credit and vehicle financing.
• Established network with banks, NBFCs and financiers in Delhi-NCR.
• Proven track record in retail finance and partnership management.
• Preferred: experience in commercial vehicles, EVs, three-wheelers, last-mile mobility or retail vehicle finance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel, reporting and business analytics.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
