Retail Cashier – Showroom Billing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Retail Cashier to manage billing and cash transactions at our showroom counter. You will be responsible for generating accurate invoices for a range of electronics and consumer durable products while ensuring a smooth checkout experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices for TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, mobiles, laptops and accessories.
• Accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI and other digital methods.
• Apply discounts, offers, schemes and promotional pricing correctly.
• Maintain the daily cash register and reconcile cash and digital transactions at shift end.
• Issue receipts, credit notes and process refunds according to company policy.
• Verify product serial numbers, warranty details and pricing before billing.
• Coordinate with sales staff to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts and refunds for audit purposes.

• Reliability in managing cash and adhering to company policies.
