Restaurant Server

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Restaurant Server to join our team in Mumbai. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering the brand‑focused hospitality that defines our dining concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus and explain dishes and beverages in line with each restaurant’s concept.
• Take accurate orders, coordinate with the kitchen and bar, and serve food and drinks promptly.
• Set, clear and reset tables, handle billing and process payments.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address special requests or dietary needs, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols and support overall floor operations as directed by management.

Required profile

• Strong food‑service and food‑and‑beverage knowledge with the ability to manage orders and table service efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a professional, guest‑focused demeanor.
• Basic food‑preparation awareness to guide guest choices regarding menu components and dietary considerations.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably in premium or fine‑dining settings.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail, teamwork orientation and proficiency in English; additional local languages are a plus.
