Restaurant Manager – Luxury Resort & Spa

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the dining operations at our luxury resort and spa in Bengaluru. The role oversees restaurants, bars, and room service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant, bar, and room‑service operations, maintaining service and sanitation standards.
• Lead and coach a diverse team, handling staffing, training, performance management and scheduling.
• Oversee menu planning, purchasing, invoice payment and cost control to meet financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and local liquor laws through training and hands‑on management.
• Address guest feedback, resolve complaints and continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, or an associate degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day operations in a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, food‑handling regulations and liquor licensing requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, performance evaluation and team development.
• Ability to analyze operational data and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.
