Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our quick‑service restaurant (QSR) outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and driving sales while ensuring cost control and compliance with food safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor sales, inventory, food costs, and waste, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and statutory compliance at all times.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower effectively.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Achieve sales targets and improve overall restaurant profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in the QSR/F&B industry, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑management abilities.
