About the role

The hospital is seeking a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) with an MBBS degree to join its clinical team in Kanpur. The RMO will provide essential medical care to admitted patients, support consultants during rounds, and ensure smooth ward operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage patients in wards and the emergency department.
• Assist consultants during patient rounds and medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient case sheets, treatment charts, and other medical documentation.
• Provide basic medical care, respond to patient needs, and handle minor emergencies.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for seamless patient management.
• Implement treatment plans prescribed by consultants and follow hospital protocols.

Required profile

• MBBS degree with valid NMC/State Medical Council registration.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to work full‑time in a fast‑paced hospital environment.
