Reservations Manager

About the role

The Reservations Manager will lead all reservation activities for Ratan Villas Sariska Resort, ensuring a smooth booking experience for guests. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with the front office, sales, and operations teams to maximise occupancy and deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle booking inquiries via phone, email and online platforms and confirm reservations.
• Manage room inventory and maintain accurate guest information in the reservation system.
• Coordinate with front‑office and sales teams to optimise rates and occupancy.
• Communicate clearly with guests before arrival, addressing special requests and group bookings.
• Monitor all booking channels and prepare regular reservation reports.
• Implement reservation policies and train staff on standard procedures.

Required profile

• Strong reservations and booking management experience, preferably in a hotel or resort.
• Excellent customer service and guest‑relations skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Sales ability to promote resort offerings and upsell packages.
• Team‑training and coordination experience.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities.
• Comfortable working on‑site in a nature‑focused resort environment.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business or related field is a plus.
