Reservation & Sales Associate – Hospitality

About the role

Everest Base Camp, Mussoorie is looking for a motivated Reservation and Sales Associate to join its Gurgaon office. You will be the first point of contact for guests interested in the luxury glamping experience in the Himalayas, ensuring a smooth and personalized booking journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest inquiries, reservations, modifications, cancellations and special requests for Everest Base Camp, Mussoorie.
• Drive room sales and promote luxury camping packages to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Collaborate with front‑office and operations teams to deliver holistic guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate reservation and sales records and stay up‑to‑date on all product offerings.
• Lead and mentor the reservation and sales team handling bookings for other client hotels.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse trends and propose new strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, tourism or business (preferred).
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales, reservations or hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
