Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to member inquiries, feedback, and escalations in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with overall business goals.
• Track platform metrics and community health indicators, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience moderating online communities or forums with an emphasis on quality and inclusivity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for public‑facing interactions.
• Ability to analyze data and produce reports on community engagement metrics.
