About the role

We are seeking a self‑motivated, result‑oriented creative professional to join our team as an Executive – Brand Reputation Management. In this role you will oversee online reputation across multiple platforms, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to customer feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Review and respond to customer feedback on social media, review sites, and online directories for multiple locations.
• Develop and maintain strategies for monitoring, encouraging, and managing reviews across all relevant channels.
• Maintain accurate listings on search engines and rating platforms, and coordinate internal and external quality ratings for public dissemination.
• Track, analyze, and report on reputation metrics, identifying trends, opportunities, and escalating issues as needed.
• Prepare clear, professional public responses to feedback and generate regular performance reports.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust reputation strategies accordingly.

Required profile
