Relationship Manager, Supply Chain Finance / Dealer Finance

About the role

The Relationship Manager will acquire, manage and grow dealer relationships by providing working capital and inventory financing solutions to automobile, tractor, commercial vehicle, two‑wheeler and equipment dealers. The role ensures portfolio quality, compliance and contributes to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source and onboard new dealers for finance facilities; build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors and dealer principals.
• Achieve disbursement, revenue and assets‑under‑management targets; identify cross‑sell opportunities such as CASA, insurance and working capital.
• Serve as primary contact for an assigned dealer portfolio, handling queries on limits, drawdowns, repayments and documentation.
• Collect and verify KYC, financials and stock statements; prepare credit proposals and coordinate with credit, operations and legal teams.
• Monitor dealer performance, collections and delinquency; ensure compliance with credit policies and audit requirements.
• Track market trends, OEM schemes and competition; provide feedback for product and process improvements.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in dealer finance, auto loans or SME lending.
• Prior experience with banks or NBFCs and knowledge of the OEM‑dealer ecosystem.
• Strong local market knowledge and an established dealer network.
