Relationship Manager – Restaurant Billing Solutions

About the role

Petpooja is looking for a proactive Relationship Manager to drive sales of its restaurant billing platform and value‑added services. You will be the primary point of contact for restaurant owners, helping them adopt our solutions and grow their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits and market referrals.
• Present the Petpooja platform, conduct demos and close contracts with new and existing restaurants.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Organise and participate in promotional events and local marketing activities to increase brand visibility.
• Handle operational and administrative sales tasks, including reporting, process optimisation and system improvements.
• Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to management.
• Achieve and exceed sales, demo and visit targets through strategic daily planning.
• Resolve client issues using the escalation matrix to ensure high satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1‑3 years of professional sales experience.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving attitude.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Presentable and able to represent the brand professionally.
• Own a two‑wheeler, a valid driving licence and a laptop for client demos.

Required skills
