About the role
Rio Hospital is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our NICU and PICU teams. Both senior and staff nurse positions are available for professionals who are committed to delivering high‑quality care to critically ill newborns, infants, and pediatric patients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to NICU and PICU patients, monitoring vital signs and clinical status.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Assist in emergency situations and perform critical care procedures as needed.
- Maintain precise patient records and complete clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate and support families throughout the care process.
Required profile
- B.Sc Nursing or GNM Nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration.
- Relevant experience in NICU/PICU preferred; senior roles require prior critical‑care experience and leadership abilities.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
