Registered Nurse – Full‑time, On‑site in Gurugram

About the role

HCAH, India’s leading out‑of‑hospital care partner, is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to join its Gurugram team. You will deliver direct patient care across rehabilitation and home‑care services, ensuring safe and compassionate recovery for a diverse patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications and treatments according to protocols.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and update electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery processes, and home‑care instructions.
• Support discharge planning and participate in case discussions.
• Uphold infection‑control, safety, and quality standards.

Required profile

• Recognized nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc Nursing or equivalent) with valid registration.
• Experience in rehabilitation, acute, neurological, orthopedic or geriatric settings.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication, time‑management and calm response in emergencies.
• Commitment to patient dignity, confidentiality and ethical care.
