About the role

Drive regional business growth for unsecured business loans across Andhra Pradesh, focusing on SME and MSME segments. Lead and manage regional sales teams, DSTs, and channel partners to build strong pipelines and improve conversion ratios.

Key responsibilities

Achieve targets on loan disbursement, revenue, and customer acquisition within the SME/MSME market in Andhra Pradesh.
Lead and manage regional sales teams, DSTs, and channel partners to enhance productivity and conversion rates.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies through direct, channel, and ecosystem partnerships such as DSAs, brokers, and fintech alliances.
Monitor credit underwriting standards, early delinquency trends, and coordinate with risk and collections teams to maintain portfolio quality.
Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, operational controls, and effective stakeholder management across credit, operations, and risk functions.
Prepare regular performance reports and insights for senior leadership to support data‑driven decision making.
