Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for an energetic and result‑oriented Business Development Executive to drive the growth of Review TAG, an AI‑powered customer review and feedback solution. You will identify potential businesses, introduce the product, conduct demos, develop relationships and convert prospects into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities across restaurants, cafés, hotels, salons, clinics, retail stores, gyms and other service industries.
• Connect with owners, founders, managers and decision‑makers via calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and field visits.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of Review TAG.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Build long‑term relationships, generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings and conversions, and coordinate with internal teams for onboarding.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales or SaaS/product sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking with senior decision‑makers.
• Proven ability to generate leads independently and follow up consistently.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and willing to travel locally for client meetings.
