About the role
The Hashgraph Group is seeking a Regional Sales Director for India to lead enterprise growth across the APAC region. This senior individual‑contributor position focuses on net‑new business, targeting large mid‑market and enterprise accounts, and will be based remotely in India.
Key responsibilities
- Drive enterprise sales growth across APAC with an initial focus on India.
- Identify, qualify, and progress net‑new opportunities with large mid‑market and enterprise customers.
- Lead complex deal cycles from early engagement through negotiation and close.
- Develop senior relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Position THG’s value proposition in digital trust, supply‑chain traceability, ESG, and decentralized identity solutions.
Required profile
- Proven enterprise seller with a track record of opening strategic accounts and converting them into software and services revenue.
- Experience in hunting net‑new business within manufacturing, supply‑chain intensive, regulated, or sustainability‑focused sectors.
- Ability to navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and influence senior decision‑makers.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology trends such as distributed ledger, Web3, and AI‑enabled workflows.
